(WNY News Now) – On June 12, 2025, Tammy S. Oldro, 51, of Jamestown was arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief after a domestic incident on the city’s North Side.
Jamestown Police Department responded to a reported domestic incident on the North Side of Jamestown at approximately 8:20 p.m. on June 12, 2025. Upon arrival, officers investigated and determined that Tammy S. Oldro caused damage to property.
Following the investigation, Oldro was taken into custody by officers from the department’s Second Platoon and transported to Jamestown City Jail. She is currently being held pending arraignment on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
