(WNY News Now) – On Flag Day in Wellsville, NY, over 300 residents gathered for a spirited “No Kings” rally, invoking the Constitution and Declaration of Independence to reaffirm democratic principles in a polarized time.
No Kings Wellsville NY was a rousing success. 300 attendees in rural, red Allegany County. Heartfelt readings of the U.S. Constitution, a salute to the flag on Flag Day, a robust honk & wave. There are No Kings in America, everyone deserves due process, and a tariff is a tax. In the words of the Declaration of Independence you find our response to a corrupt man, who would be king.
