(WNY News Now) -Work begins this week to upgrade boat landing decks at two of Jamestown’s most popular waterfront parks, aiming to boost safety and accessibility for residents and visitors alike.

JAMESTOWN, NY – The City of Jamestown is beginning  replacement of the deck at the Boat Landing at McCrea Point Park. Once this project is complete, similar decking work will begin at Panzarella Park. 

These improvements are part of the City’s ongoing efforts to maintain safe  and accessible public spaces. 

Visitors are asked to exercise caution and follow all posted signs and any  temporary access restrictions during construction. Alternate routes and parking  may be in place; please observe all directions for your safety. 

The City appreciates the community’s patience and cooperation while these  important upgrades are underway.
