(WNY News Now) – Anthony M. Dudley, 35, of Mayville was arrested on June 15 for unlawfully entering a residence in the Town of Chautauqua.
On June 15, 2025, at approximately 12:15 PM, Anthony M. Dudley entered a private residence in the Town of Chautauqua without permission. Law enforcement responded to the incident and took Dudley into custody on charges of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
Dudley was subsequently transported to the Chautauqua County Jail and held for centralized arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
