Kalib Rader, 18, allegedly stole a case of Twisted Tea from a convenience store in Randolph and was issued an appearance ticket.

(WNY News Now) – RANDOLPH, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has charged an 18-year-old Randolph resident with petit larceny following a reported theft at the 7-Eleven convenience store located at 269 Main Street.

According to Sheriff Eric A. Butler, deputies responded to a call on June 19, 2025, at approximately 7:07 p.m. after a case of Twisted Tea was allegedly taken from the store without payment. The suspect, identified as Kalib A. Rader, was located, charged with one count of petit larceny, and processed without incident.

Rader was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Randolph Town Court at a later date to answer the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
