(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown woman faces charges after allegedly striking a juvenile during a reported altercation at Stateline Speedway.
JAMESTOWN, NY – The Lakewood-Busti Police Department responded to a report of a fight at Stateline Speedway, located at 4150 Kortwright Road, on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at approximately 9:21 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers interviewed multiple witnesses and victims at the scene. Following an investigation, authorities determined that Kristine M. Seeley was involved in the altercation and allegedly struck a juvenile during the incident.
Seeley was subsequently arrested and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Busti Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
