(WNY News Now) – FRANKLINVILLE, NY – A Franklinville man was arrested on June 20, 2025, by Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Deputies on an active bench warrant issued by a City of Cheektowaga court.
At approximately 1:50 p.m., deputies located and arrested 28-year-old Dominique A. White at a residence on Clair Valley Road in Franklinville. The arrest was made without incident.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, the bench warrant had been issued by the Cheektowaga Local Criminal Court. Following his arrest, White was transported and turned over to the Cheektowaga Police Department for further legal proceedings. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
