(WNY News Now) – A traffic stop in the Town of Cold Spring led to the arrest of a Napoli woman on DWI charges Friday night.
COLD SPRING, NY — On June 20, 2025, at approximately 9:00 p.m., deputies with the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hanna G. Brown, 43, of Napoli, following a traffic stop on Route 394 near Blood Road.
During the stop, deputies observed signs of intoxication and conducted an investigation. Brown was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, which typically applies when a driver’s blood alcohol content exceeds 0.18%.
Brown was processed at the scene and released. She is scheduled to appear in the Town of Cold Spring Court at a later date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
