(WNY News Now) – Jennifer A. McCann, 46, of Angola, NY, was arrested early Saturday morning for driving while intoxicated and failing to stop at a stop sign in the Town of Hanover.
On June 21, 2025, at approximately 12:17 a.m., the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Alleghany Road in the Town of Hanover. The driver, identified as Jennifer A. McCann, was investigated and found to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
McCann was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. She is scheduled to appear in Town of Hanover Court at a later date to respond to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
