(WNY News Now) – On June 19, 2025, a 52-year-old woman from New Hampshire was arrested in Westfield after being found driving while intoxicated and charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, and driving too slowly.

WESTFIELD, NY — On the evening of June 19, 2025, at approximately 8:28 p.m., law enforcement responded to a vehicle complaint in the Village of Westfield. Officers from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Westfield Police Department arrived on the scene and identified the driver as Jocelyn A. Rolley, 52, from New Hampshire.

Following an investigation, authorities determined that Rolley was operating her vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She was subsequently arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), Aggravated DWI, and driving too slowly.

Rolley was transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing. After processing, she was released and issued tickets to appear in the Town of Westfield Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
