(WNY News Now) – Scott A. Dickerson, 57, of Celoron faces harassment and criminal mischief charges following a domestic dispute reported to Ellicott Police on June 20, 2025.
The Town of Ellicott Police responded to a domestic dispute on June 20, 2025, at approximately 2:34 p.m. involving Scott A. Dickerson, 57, of Celoron. During the incident, Dickerson allegedly shoved the victim to the ground and caused damage to the victim’s personal property.
As a result, Dickerson was charged with Harassment in the second degree and Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree. He was taken into custody at the scene and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment.
Dickerson is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to respond to the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
