(WNY News Now) – On July 17, 2025, Jamestown Police arrested 29-year-old Cardiair L. Jones after a domestic dispute that resulted in property damage at an Eastside residence.
JAMESTOWN — At approximately 5:10 p.m. on July 17, officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s second platoon responded to a report of a domestic physical altercation at a residence on the city’s east side. Upon arrival, officers found Cardiair L. Jones engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim.
During the investigation, it was determined that Jones caused damage to the victim’s property. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Jamestown City Jail.
Jones, 29, is currently held pending arraignment at Jamestown City Court. He faces charges of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
