Deputies and State Police respond to midday collision; child transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries
(WNY News Now) – POMFRET, N.Y. — A juvenile was injured in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at approximately 12:22 p.m. on Route 83 in the Town of Pomfret, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies, along with members of the New York State Police, responded to the scene of the personal injury accident. Emergency Medical Services arrived shortly after and transported the injured juvenile to Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
