(WNY News Now) – A 67-year-old Niagara Falls resident was issued an appearance ticket after allegedly trespassing on private property near the gorge in Westfield, NY.
WESTFIELD, NY — The Westfield Police Department responded to a report of trespassing on private property along Taylor Road near the gorge at approximately 6:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
Following an investigation, police identified the individual as Thomas A. Young, 67, of Niagara Falls, NY. He was charged with trespass, a violation under New York State law.
Young was released at the scene and issued an appearance ticket to attend the Town of Westfield Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
