Police say Kayin Ziolkowski entered Falconer establishment despite stay-away order

(WNY News Now) – FALCONER, N.Y. — A 21-year-old Jamestown man is facing charges after allegedly violating a court-issued order of protection in the Village of Falconer.

According to the Town of Ellicott Police Department, officers responded on July 25, 2025, around 10:00 a.m. to a report of an unwanted person at a local establishment. Upon investigation, officers identified Kayin J.A. Ziolkowski as being present at the location, where he was allegedly in violation of a complete stay-away order of protection involving the victim.

Ziolkowski was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, a Class A misdemeanor under New York State law. He was later released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Town of Ellicott Court at a future date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
