(WNY News Now) – Daren D. Tingue Jr., 35, of Franklinville, was arrested on July 30 following an investigation into a domestic-related property damage incident.
On July 30, 2025, the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to a criminal mischief complaint in the Town of Franklinville. Deputies investigating the call determined that Daren D. Tingue Jr., 35, had caused damage to a vehicle’s windshield.
Tingue was charged with third-degree criminal mischief related to the incident, which arose from a domestic dispute. He was arraigned in Town of Machias Court and held at the Cattaraugus County Jail pending further court proceedings.
Tingue is scheduled to appear in the Town of Franklinville Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
