Randall Braley accused of unlawfully entering a residence without permission
(WNY News Now) – TOWN OF NORTH HARMONY – A 57-year-old Jamestown man has been charged with criminal trespass following an incident in which he allegedly entered a residence without the owner’s consent.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, Randall Braley was involved in the incident on Monday, July 28, 2025, around 7:06 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of unauthorized entry at a property in the Town of North Harmony.
An investigation determined that Braley had allegedly entered the home without permission. He was not taken into custody but was issued an appearance ticket at the scene.
Braley is scheduled to appear in the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date to face one count of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
