Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrests 20-year-old for driving while intoxicated and equipment violation.
(WNY News Now) – On the night of August 2, 2025, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Ripley man on multiple charges following a traffic stop on Route 76 in the Town of Sherman.
Deputies stopped a vehicle at approximately 9:41 p.m. and identified the driver as 20-year-old Gavin D. Parker. During the course of the stop, officers determined that Parker was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Following further investigation, Parker was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, DWI per se, and No/Inadequate Lights.
Parker was released with appearance tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges in Sherman Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
