Braydn S. Camp charged with driving while intoxicated and speeding on Bemus Ellery Road.
(WNY News Now) – ELLERY, N.Y. — A 25-year-old man from Sheffield, Pennsylvania, was arrested in the early hours of Saturday, August 2, 2025, for driving while intoxicated after being stopped for speeding in the Town of Ellery.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a traffic stop around 1:50 a.m. on Bemus Ellery Road. The driver, identified as Braydn S. Camp, was found to be intoxicated following an investigation at the scene.
Camp was taken into custody and charged with DWI, DWI per se, and Speed in Zone. He was later released and is scheduled to appear in Ellery Town Court to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
