(WNY News Now) – A 50-year-old Little Valley resident is facing drunk driving charges after deputies observed a road rage incident in Cattaraugus County.
LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office has charged Primo L. Luciano, 50, of Little Valley, with Driving While Intoxicated following a road rage incident observed by deputies on July 28, 2025.
According to authorities, the incident occurred around 5:55 p.m. near the intersection of Baker Road and Route 242 in the Town of Little Valley. Deputies who witnessed the incident initiated a traffic stop and determined that Luciano was operating his vehicle while intoxicated.
Luciano was charged with Driving While Intoxicated – 1st Offense, Aggravated DWI Per Se with a BAC of .18 or higher, and Speeding in Excess of 55 MPH. Deputies transported him to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
He was released with an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
