(WNY News Now) – Thomas N. Dulak, 46, of Jamestown, was arrested on August 11, 2025, following a larceny incident at the Country Fair on Route 60 in the Town of Gerry.
Gerry, N.Y. – On August 11, 2025, at approximately 9:01 a.m., deputies responded to a reported larceny at the Country Fair located on Route 60 in Gerry. Deputies were alerted that the suspect had fled northbound on Route 60 with stolen merchandise. Law enforcement quickly stopped the vehicle and identified the suspect as Thomas N. Dulak, 46, of Jamestown.
Following an investigation, Dulak was charged with criminal impersonation in the second degree and petit larceny. He was taken into custody and transported to Chautauqua County Jail to await centralized arraignment due to outstanding county warrants.
Dulak was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Gerry Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
