(WNY News Now) – ALLEGANY, N.Y. — A 63-year-old Allegany man has been charged with petit larceny following an incident at Walmart on Plaza Drive.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to Walmart at 1869 Plaza Drive on August 7, 2025, at approximately 12:23 p.m., where they arrested Manual L. Senna. Authorities allege Senna stole merchandise from the store.
Senna was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charge in Allegany Town Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
