(WNY News Now) – DELEVAN, N.Y. — A Delevan man was arrested early Friday morning following an incident at a local convenience store.

According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an incident at the Delevan Crosby’s on North Main Street at approximately 3:53 a.m. on August 8, 2025.

Following the investigation, deputies arrested Terry A. Davis, 63, of Delevan, on charges of Petit Larceny, Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, and Menacing in the Second Degree.

Davis was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing and later released with appearance tickets. He is scheduled to appear in Yorkshire Town Court at a later date to face the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
