(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A 21-year-old Jamestown woman has been charged following a domestic dispute on the city’s west side Thursday night.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the 2nd Platoon responded to a West Side address at approximately 8:42 p.m. on August 14, 2025, for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both individuals involved and determined that the suspect, identified as Alivia Salverson, had damaged property during the dispute.

Salverson was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. She is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court on a charge of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
