(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A Jamestown man was arrested following a domestic incident in which police say he repeatedly contacted a victim in violation of a court-issued order of protection.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, officers from the first platoon responded to a southside residence on August 13, 2025, at approximately 1:15 p.m. for a reported past-tense domestic dispute. The victim reported receiving multiple phone calls and messages from 22-year-old Jamestown resident Adam C. Logue.

Investigators determined that the alleged contact violated an active order of protection issued by Jamestown City Court. Logue was located shortly after and taken into custody without incident. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.

Police confirmed that Logue is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
