(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. – A 51-year-old out-of-state man was arrested on Saturday morning following a reported disorderly person incident at Dow Park, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

On September 27, 2025, at about 11:20 a.m., officers from the department’s 1st Platoon were dispatched to 100 W. 6th Street after receiving a call about a disorderly person. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both the victim and the suspect, identified as Mohamed S. Mouwakeh.

Police said their investigation determined that Mouwakeh had exposed himself and urinated into a cup in a public setting. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

Mouwakeh was charged with Public Lewdness and later released on an appearance ticket under New York State’s bail reform laws. He is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
