(WNY News Now) – Police say a 22-year-old Westfield woman was issued an appearance ticket after allegedly returning to a store she had been previously banned from entering.
WESTFIELD, N.Y. — On October 8, 2025, at approximately 1:18 p.m., officers from the Westfield Police Department responded to a report of a trespass in progress at the Dollar General located at 7612 Route 20 in Westfield.
According to police, before officers arrived, the suspect had fled the scene. Officers soon located the individual nearby and identified her as Jada M. Larkin, 22, of Westfield.
An investigation determined that Larkin had previously been formally trespassed from the Dollar General and was advised not to return. Police say she re-entered the store despite that order, resulting in a charge of Trespass in violation of New York State Penal Law.
Larkin was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Westfield Court at a later date. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
