(WNY News Now) – WESTFIELD, N.Y. — A Ripley man is facing multiple driving while intoxicated charges following a traffic complaint in the Village of Westfield early Tuesday morning.

According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a vehicle complaint on East Main Street around 1:27 a.m. on November 11, 2025. During the investigation, deputies located a vehicle matching the reported description and identified the driver as 21-year-old Gavin D. Parker of Ripley.

Deputies determined that Parker was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Parker was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated, and Speed in Zone.

He was later released and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Westfield Court at a future date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
