Salt Lake City, UTAH — November 21 — Today Black Slate Partners announced their acquisition of Lifetime Roofing of Utah, and their plans to merge the business with their On Top Roofing brand. This acquisition and merger follows Black Slate Partners’ recent rebrand and announcement of refreshed brand identities for its two roofing divisions, Stratus Roofing, and On Top Roofing.
Lifetime Roofing is a local, family owned business with over 15 years operating in Northern Utah, with excellent customer trust and reviews. Their focus on quality roofing and providing the best warranties in the state has earned them Master Elite® status from GAF®—a vote of confidence given by North America’s largest roofing manufacturer to only the top 3% of all roofers in the U.S.

Lifetime Roofing will be fully integrated into the On Top Roofing brand by November 15th, and Black Slate Partners is excited for the opportunities this newest acquisition will bring.
