Jamestown Police Arrest Two After Trespassing and Harassment Complaint
(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, NY — Two individuals were taken into custody early Saturday morning after officers responded to a report of unwanted persons at a south side residence, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
At approximately 1:16 a.m. on November 29, 2025, third-platoon officers arrived at the address and found 49-year-old Anthony L. Anzalone inside the home. Police say Anzalone was unlawfully inside the residence and refused to leave when directed, leading to his arrest on a charge of Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.
Officers also spoke with 80-year-old Marylou Johnson outside the residence. According to police, Johnson allegedly threatened a 14-year-old who lives at the address. She was taken into custody and charged with Harassment in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Both Anzalone and Johnson were transported to the Jamestown City Jail. They are being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
