(WNY News Now) – A narcotics investigation in the City of Jamestown led to the execution of a search warrant Thursday night, resulting in six arrests and the seizure of fentanyl, methamphetamine, crack cocaine, and a handgun, according to law enforcement.

JAMESTOWN, NY — Members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Jamestown Police Department executed a search warrant at approximately 8:35 p.m. on January 15, 2026, at a lower apartment located at 8 Price Street as part of an ongoing narcotics investigation into suspected drug sales in the city.

Jamestown Police Department SWAT officers made entry into the residence, where six individuals were present: Amanda Penhollow, 39; Monroe D. Wilcox, 49; Harlem B. Green, 20; Kayla M. Lutgen, 20; Orren D. Breen, 25; and Kiona M. Furlow, 25. All are listed as having Jamestown ties, with Breen reported as homeless.

As a result of the search, narcotics investigators seized approximately 25.9 grams of fentanyl, 1.5 grams of methamphetamine, and 2.4 grams of crack cocaine. Authorities also recovered digital scales, packaging materials allegedly used for narcotics distribution, and a .380 caliber handgun.

According to police, Amanda Penhollow and Monroe D. Wilcox were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree.

Harlem B. Green, Kayla M. Lutgen, and Orren D. Breen were each charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.

Kiona M. Furlow was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, Criminal Possession of a Firearm, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.

All six defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court. No additional information regarding bail or court dates was released at the time of the report.
