(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A multi-agency narcotics investigation led to seven arrests Tuesday afternoon after authorities executed a search warrant at a Jamestown apartment, seizing fentanyl, crack cocaine, and other drug-related items.

According to investigators, the search warrant was carried out around 3:39 p.m. on March 17, 2026, at 28 Euclid Ave., Apartment 203, by members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Jamestown Police Department. The Jamestown Police SWAT Team assisted with entry into the residence.

Authorities reported that seven individuals were inside the apartment at the time of the search: Jaqwan L. Martin, 35, of Buffalo; Anthony J. Wallace Jr., 33, of Jamestown; William R. Gardner, 26, of Jamestown; Russell H. Rea, 61, of Jamestown; Tiffany A. Mahoney, 43, of Jamestown; Alicia M. Alexander, 45, of Jamestown; and Vanessa L. Figueredo, 38, of Jamestown.

During the search, investigators seized approximately 32.5 grams of fentanyl, 11.3 grams of crack cocaine, 28 dosage units of suboxone, as well as scales, packaging materials consistent with narcotics distribution, and $3,373 in cash.

All seven individuals have been charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree.

In addition, authorities stated that Wallace, Rea, and Figueredo had outstanding arrest warrants issued by Jamestown City Court at the time of the operation.









All defendants are expected to be arraigned in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
