(WNY News Now) – LOCKPORT, NY — A Niagara Falls woman was taken into custody on felony drug charges following a Niagara County Drug Task Force investigation, authorities confirmed.
Daisy N. Ingram, 23, was arrested at a Niagara Street Extension address in the Town of Lockport. She faces multiple felony charges, including second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession with intent to sell, third-degree criminal possession, and second-degree conspiracy.

Sheriff Michael Filicetti stated that Ingram was held at the Niagara County Jail pending arraignment. The arrest stems from an ongoing investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force into illegal drug activity in the region. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
