(WNY News Now) – Hanover, NY – A 45-year-old Hanover resident was arrested Saturday following an aggravated harassment complaint in the Town of Charlotte.

Chautauqua County Deputies responded at approximately 11:45 a.m. on April 4 to a report of aggravated harassment. After conducting an investigation, Christine L. Gard was taken into custody and charged with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.

In addition to the harassment charge, Gard faces a Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree charge. She was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where she will await a centralized arraignment. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Please do not let her out before making her go to a psych ward for an evaluation. She burnt her mom’s house down and speaks to dead people, or like a demon. She needs mental health. Due to the heavy lifelong drug abuse.
