(WNY News Now) – JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — A Jamestown woman was taken into custody early Monday morning following a reported burglary in progress on the city’s north side, according to police.

Officers with the Jamestown Police Department’s 3rd Platoon responded to a residence at approximately 1:42 a.m. on April 20 for a reported burglary. Upon arrival, officers located Danielle N. Braun, 39, inside an apartment complex at the scene.

Police report that Braun was taken into custody without incident. She has been charged with Burglary in the Second Degree and Petit Larceny.

Following her arrest, Braun was transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where she is being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Nothing been done with Jamestown popo of the photo of retard on spring Street cut car port garage front and stollen broke all on camera and nothing done so outcome of another life will be ok as well not my issue and popo only do nothing as normal and yes only getting worse so an this is state issued phone as well
