(WNY News Now) – STOCKTON, N.Y. — A 41-year-old Stockton man was taken into custody Sunday afternoon following a reported fight in the Town of Stockton, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to Mill Street at approximately 12:43 p.m. for a report of a physical altercation. Following an investigation, authorities allege that Justin L. Horton threatened multiple individuals with physical harm while armed with a dangerous instrument.

Horton was arrested at the scene and charged with three counts of menacing in the second degree and three counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree.

He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he was held pending arraignment through the Centralized Arraignment Program. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
