(WNY News Now) – FALCONER, N.Y. — A 50-year-old individual with no permanent residence has been charged with criminal trespass following an incident at Falconer Central School, according to the Town of Ellicott Police Department.

The Town of Ellicott Police Department reported that officers responded to a trespass complaint on April 30, 2026, at Falconer Central School. Following an investigation, police allege that Jamie E. Norene was present on school grounds without a legitimate purpose.

Norene, 50, who is listed as having no permanent residence, was charged with Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree.

Authorities issued Norene an appearance ticket. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ellicott Court at a later date to answer to the charge. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
