(WNY News Now) – A Jamestown man is facing multiple charges after a traffic stop early Saturday morning in the City of Jamestown, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said the stop occurred at approximately 2:17 a.m. on May 23, 2026, on Falconer Street. The driver was identified as 45-year-old Nathan H. Dossey of Jamestown.
During the investigation, deputies determined Dossey was allegedly operating the vehicle while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI), DWI per se, and operating a vehicle with no or inadequate tail lamps.
Dossey was released and is scheduled to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date to answer the charges. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
