(WNY News Now) – LITTLE VALLEY, N.Y. — A Little Valley woman was arrested early Wednesday morning on outstanding warrants after deputies responded to a report that she was hiding in a residential garage, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

On June 17, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m., deputies from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office responded to Fair Oak Street in Little Valley following a report that 31-year-old Kristin P. Green was hiding in a garage on the property.

According to authorities, deputies received verbal consent from the homeowner to search the garage. Green was reportedly known to law enforcement as having multiple outstanding warrants for her arrest.

Deputies located Green inside the garage and took her into custody without incident.

Green, a Little Valley resident, was charged on a felony arrest warrant and a bench warrant. Following her arrest, she was transported to Little Valley Town Court for arraignment.

After the court proceeding, Green was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail pending further legal action. As are all persons accused of a crime, the accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
