(WNY News Now) – Jamestown, N.Y. – Tony Dolce, a longtime member of the Jamestown City Council, has passed away in his sleep.

Dolce, who had represented Jamestown on its City Council since 1989, was the longest-tenured member of City Council. Councilmembers were notified of his passing by Mayor Kim Ecklund’s office. Mayor Ecklund had served on City Council with Dolce for more than 20 years prior to ascending to the office of Mayor in 2024.

  2. My siblings and I are so shocked and saddened to receive the news of the loss of our cousin Tony “little Tony”. Our hearts go out to Anne, Amelia, and Christian as well as our cousins Jeff and Karen.
