(WNY News Now) – The Jamestown Police Department has released the cause of death for two bodies that were found deceased in a vehicle in UPMC’s parking lot on Wednesday, July 22.

Jamestown, N.Y. – The Jamestown Police Department has announced that the two bodies found deceased in a vehicle in UPMC’s emergency department parking lot on Wednesday both died by self-inflicted gunshot wounds.

There is no criminal investigation regarding the matter, and the department has stated that there is no threat to the public. The names of the deceased will not be released at this time.
