(WNY News Now) – A 33-year-old Jamestown man was charged with felony grand larceny following a domestic dispute investigation on the city’s west side early Tuesday morning, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Officers from the Jamestown Police Department’s third platoon responded to a west side residence at approximately 3:13 a.m. on July 28, 2026, for a reported domestic dispute.

Following an investigation, police determined that Marshal D. Kelsey, 33, of Jamestown, allegedly took property from a female victim’s possession.

Kelsey was taken into custody without incident and charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, a felony offense.

Police transported Kelsey to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.

All charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
