(WNY News Now) – A 33-year-old Silver Creek man was arrested Wednesday night after a traffic stop on Route 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office conducted the traffic stop at about 9:24 p.m. Aug. 5 on Route 5 and 20.
The driver was identified as Dylan A. Foster, 33, of Silver Creek. Deputies determined that Foster was allegedly driving while intoxicated, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
Foster was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.18% or higher, driving while intoxicated and moving from a lane unsafely.
Foster is scheduled to appear in Hanover Town Court at a later date and time.
The charges are allegations, and Foster is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
