(WNY News Now) – Two Sinclairville residents face multiple charges of endangering the welfare of a child following an eviction proceeding on Old Chautauqua Road, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office said deputies discovered conditions that led to criminal allegations while executing an eviction warrant at 3109 Old Chautauqua Road in Sinclairville on Aug. 13, 2026.

Deputies allege that Tiffiny Borkowski, 33, and Stephen Traver, 41, both of Sinclairville, acted in a manner likely to injure the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child.

Borkowski was issued appearance tickets for four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Traver was also issued an appearance ticket for Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Both are scheduled to appear in Town of Gerry Court at a later date.

The allegations are charges, and both defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
