(WNY News Now) – A 40-year-old Ashford woman was arrested Thursday after authorities said she was found on a neighbor’s property despite previous trespass warnings.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office said Sarah A. Mosher, 40, of Ashford, was arrested at about 5:18 p.m. Sept. 3 following a trespass complaint on Folts Road.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, Mosher was found on a neighbor’s property after she had previously been warned by the neighbors and law enforcement not to enter the property.
Mosher was charged with trespass. She was arraigned and released, according to authorities.
An order of protection was issued against Mosher. She is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
The case remains pending. An arrest or criminal charge is an allegation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
