Shyron A. Campbell, 41, of Celoron, was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child on September 5, 2026, according to the Town of Ellicott Police Department.

Police said officers responded to an address in Celoron at approximately 6 p.m. while investigating a separate incident. During that response, officers conducted a further investigation into the living conditions at the residence.
