(WNY News Now) – A 26-year-old Randolph man was arrested Tuesday following a reported domestic incident at a Williams Street residence in the Town of Conewango, according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.

Nathan N. Culver, 26, was arrested Sept. 15 at about 12:41 p.m. at a Williams St. address in Conewango, the Sheriff’s Office reported.

Culver was charged with first-degree harassment, third-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and endangering the welfare of a child.

Sheriff’s deputies took Culver into custody and transported him to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office for processing.

He was later transported to Napoli Town Court for arraignment. According to the Sheriff’s Office, Culver was released on his own recognizance.

All charges are allegations, and Culver is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
