(WNY News Now) – A 58-year-old Jamestown woman was arrested after police and sheriff’s investigators executed a search warrant at a Lister Street residence, authorities said.

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. — Debra K. Leeper, 58, of Jamestown, was charged following a narcotics investigation at a residence on Lister Street on Sept. 25.

According to the Jamestown Police Department, narcotics detectives and investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at 107 Lister Street at approximately 8:45 a.m.

Police said Leeper was located inside the residence when officers entered. After securing the home, investigators conducted a search and reported finding a quantity of fentanyl and crack cocaine, along with packaging materials, digital scales and U.S. currency.

Leeper was charged with:

• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree
• Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree
• Two counts of Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree

Leeper was being held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court, according to police. The charges are allegations, and Leeper is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

The investigation was conducted by the Jamestown Police Department with assistance from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
