Man Allegedly Drives Commercial Truck While Intoxicated

ELLERY – A Ripley man is charged after New York State Police said he drove a commercial truck while intoxicated on I-86 Monday.

Ryan Roselle, 25, was pulled over on the Ellery Overlook for a mandatory commercial vehicle inspection.

Troopers said Roselle‌ was placed under arrest after he failed a Standardized Field Sobriety Test. He was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Investigators said Roselle provided a breath sample of .06.

Roselle was then processed, issued traffic tickets and released. He is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court later in the month.
