SHERIDAN – A Forestville man was charged following an alleged altercation Tuesday, according to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Joshua M. Cross, 30, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief after allegedly damaging a King Road residence and the property inside.
Deputies said the man will answer for the charges in the Town of Sheridan Court at a later date.
